Shauncy’s Closet ships internationally as well!   (please note that international orders are subject to additional shipping and handling fees).

Shipping and handling fees for all orders are calculated during checkout (location may effect shipping cost). 

-Can I return an item to your store?

All sales are final!  (However, if there are any problems with your order please feel free to email us at: info@shauncyscloset.com , and we'd be glad to help you). 

-How long do orders take to ship?

All orders are shipped out within 3-5 days of the order being placed (final delivery times depend on location and weather). 

-Will I get a confirmation number once I place my order?

You will receive a confirmation number via email once your order is placed. 

-Can I change the delivery address of my order before it ships?

You can change the delivery address of your order before it ships by contacting us via email. Once the order has shipped we will no longer be able to change the shipping address. 

-How do I track the progress of my order?

You can track the progress of your order by referring to the tracking number that we provide to you once your order has been shipped .
